2. Our products
Amunt sells outdoor clothing and related products.
We do our best to describe each product clearly, including materials, fit, measurements, care instructions and intended use.
Product images, colours and textures may vary slightly depending on the device, screen or browser used.
3. Prices and taxes
All prices are shown in the currency indicated on the website.
For customers located in the European Union, prices include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
For customers outside the European Union, local taxes, customs duties, import fees or other charges may apply. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless expressly stated.
The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges required by the destination country.
4. Orders
To place an order, you must follow the checkout process on our website and provide the information required to process the purchase.
Once the order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
This confirmation does not mean that the order has been accepted if there is an error in stock, price, payment, shipping information or any other relevant issue.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if:
— the product is unavailable;
— the payment cannot be processed;
— the information provided is incorrect or incomplete;
— there is an obvious pricing or product information error;
— we detect suspected fraud or misuse of the website.
If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will refund the amount paid.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout, which may include credit/debit card, Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or other payment providers.
We do not store full payment card details on our systems.
Orders are prepared once payment has been confirmed.
6. Shipping
We ship to the destinations indicated in our Shipping & Returns policy.
Shipping costs, estimated delivery times and available services are shown during checkout or explained in our Shipping & Returns page.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics, customs procedures, local carriers, weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.
For international orders outside the European Union, shipments may be subject to customs clearance. Amunt is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or local import procedures.
7. Returns and right of withdrawal
For customers located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the product, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must contact us at info@amunt.fr
within the 14-day period.
Products must be returned unused, in their original condition, with original tags and packaging where possible.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error with the order.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund using the original payment method.
Refunds may take several business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
For customers outside the European Union, returns are handled according to our Shipping & Returns policy, unless mandatory local consumer laws provide otherwise.

8. Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges.
If you need a different size, colour or product, the usual process is to return the original item according to our return policy and place a new order, subject to availability.
9. Defective or incorrect products
If you receive a defective product or an item that does not match your order, please contact us at info@amunt.fr
as soon as possible, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, refund or another remedy required by applicable law.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
10. Product care and use
Our products include care instructions. Please follow them to preserve the garment and avoid unnecessary damage.
We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing, drying, ironing, alteration, misuse, negligence or normal wear and tear.
Outdoor clothing is subject to abrasion, weather, sweat, washing and repeated use. Natural changes over time are not considered defects.
11. Availability
All products are subject to availability.
We may produce in limited quantities and we cannot guarantee restocks.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and, where applicable, refund the amount paid.
12. Promotions and discount codes
If we offer promotional codes or specific conditions, they will be subject to the terms communicated at the time of use.
Promotional codes may be limited by date, product, territory, quantity or other conditions.
We reserve the right to cancel promotions in case of misuse, error or fraud.
13. Website use
You agree not to use this website for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.
You must not interfere with the security, operation or integrity of the website, attempt to access restricted areas, copy the website structure, or use the website in a way that may damage Amunt or third parties.

All content on this website, including images, texts, product names, graphics, logos, layouts, designs and visual material, belongs to Amunt, Cordova Canillas Creative Services SL or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

We work to keep the website accurate, available and secure, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be free from errors, interruptions or technical issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amunt is not responsible for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data, technical failures or issues caused by third-party services, payment providers, logistics providers or external platforms.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory consumer rights.

If you are a consumer, this does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts according to applicable consumer and procedural law.
