Shipping & Returns
1.1. Shipping and Customs Policy European Union (Zone 1)
We start close to home, but with a European outlook.
We currently ship to the following European Union countries:
Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Ireland, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
If we add or remove any country, we will always communicate it clearly on this page.
Delivery times may vary depending on the time of year or due to reasons beyond Amunt’s control (public holidays, strikes, weather conditions, etc.), but as a general reference:
- Spain: approx. 3 to 5 business days.
- Other EU countries: approx. 4 to 6 business days.
We will prepare your order within approximately 1 to 2 business days from the confirmation of payment.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and the weight/volume of the order.
Our intention is to:
- Offer a fair and transparent rate within Spain and the EU, aligned with our real transportation costs.
- Always show the exact shipping cost before you confirm your purchase. We do not add any surprise charges afterwards.
For orders within the European Union:
- Shipments should not incur additional customs duties or import fees.
- Any applicable taxes (for example, VAT) are included in the final price or clearly displayed during the checkout process.
If there is any regulatory change that affects this, we will explain it clearly here.
Sometimes a parcel may not be delivered because:
- The address provided was incomplete or incorrect.
- Delivery could not be completed after several attempts.
- The parcel was refused at the time of delivery.
- The parcel was not collected from the pickup point within the time limit set by the carrier.
In these cases, if the parcel is returned to Amunt:
We may refund the value of the products, deducting the original shipping costs and any return or handling costs charged to us by the carrier.
If the parcel cannot be recovered (for example, because it is considered lost or irretrievable in the logistics network):
We will not be able to issue any refund, as the goods are considered lost or irretrievable.
If you have any doubts about a specific address or your availability to receive the order, it is better to double-check before confirming your purchase. You can always write to us and we’ll review it with you.
1.2. Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds Policy European Union (Zone 1)
This policy applies to orders shipped to:
Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Ireland, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
If at any time we add or remove countries, we will state it clearly on this page.
- You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or a return.
- This timeframe follows the right of withdrawal for distance purchases within the European Union.
We can only accept items that:
- Have not been worn or washed.
- Still have all original tags and accessories.
- Are in perfect condition, with no stains, odours or marks.
- Are returned, whenever possible, in their original packaging (or in equivalent protective packaging).
Some special products (for example, very limited editions, discounted “final sale” items or products clearly marked as “final sale”) may not be eligible for return. This will always be indicated on the product page.
At Amunt we are very careful with stock and work with small production runs, so size or colour exchanges are handled in a simple way, but with clear conditions:
- If you need a different size or colour of the same model, you must first request a return of the original item within the stated timeframe and, in parallel, place a new order with the correct size or colour (if stock is available).
- Once we receive the original item and confirm that it is in perfect condition, we will refund the product amount in accordance with this policy.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are not refunded, except in cases of an error on our part or a defective product.
- Unless we explicitly state otherwise, the shipping costs of the return are paid by the customer requesting the exchange.
In certain specific cases (for example, special campaigns or promotions), we may offer better conditions for the first exchange in some countries (such as Spain). Whenever this happens, we will clearly announce it in advance on the website or in the campaign communication.
What is refunded
Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is in good condition, we will proceed to refund the product amount to the same payment method used for the purchase.
As a general rule:
- The original shipping costs of the order are not refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
- Any tax included in the product price (for example, VAT) is understood to be part of that amount and is covered by the product refund.
Who pays the return shipping:
- As a general rule, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
- Amunt will only cover return shipping costs in cases of a defective product or a mistaken order, once these have been duly verified.
Refund timelines
- The refund will be processed within approximately 1 to 2 business days from the moment we receive and review the returned item.
- The final time it takes for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
If a reasonable amount of time has passed since we confirmed your return has been approved and you still cannot see the refund, we recommend contacting your bank or payment provider first and, if it still does not appear, writing to us so we can review the case.
For hygiene, logistics or product-related reasons, some items cannot be returned, for example:
- Gift cards.
- Underwear or other garments that we explicitly mark as non-returnable.
- Products marked as “final sale” or similar.
In all cases, this condition will be clearly indicated on the product page before you make your purchase
2.1. Shipping & Customs Policy
Selected International Destinations (Zone 2)
For this zone, we currently ship to the following selected international destinations:
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Japan and Australia.
In the future we may add new countries, but only when we are confident that we can offer a clear, reliable and responsible service.
International shipments involve more variables, but as a general reference:
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Japan and Australia: approx. 7 to 9 business days.
We will prepare your order within approximately 1 to 2 business days from the confirmation of payment. From that point on, the total delivery time will also depend on the carrier and on customs processes in the destination country.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and the weight/volume of the order.
For this zone:
— We apply a higher rate than in Europe, because shipments are longer, more complex and more expensive.
— You will always see the exact shipping cost before confirming your purchase.
We do not add any extra transport costs once the order has been paid.
Here we want to be especially clear.
— Orders shipped to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Japan and Australia
May be subject to customs duties, taxes or other import fees set by the authorities in the destination country.
— These costs are not included in our prices or in the shipping fees shown on the website.
— Any additional charges (customs duties, carrier handling fees, local taxes, import fees, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the recipient, and will be paid, if applicable, directly to the carrier or the relevant local authority.
Friendly recommendation: before ordering from any of these destinations, we encourage you to check your country’s import rules to avoid surprises when the parcel arrives.
For international shipments it is especially important that the address is correct and that any import duties or taxes are paid when requested by the carrier. A parcel may fail to be delivered because:
- The address provided was incomplete or incorrect.
- Import duties, taxes or other fees were not paid when requested by the carrier.
- The parcel was refused at the time of delivery.
- The parcel was not collected from the pickup point within the time limit set by the carrier or customs.
In these cases, if the parcel is returned to Amunt:
We may refund the value of the products, deducting the original shipping costs and any return, handling or customs charges billed to us by the carrier or customs.
If the parcel cannot be recovered (for example, because it is destroyed by customs, abandoned at destination, or deemed irretrievable):
We will not be able to issue any refund, as the goods are considered lost or irretrievable.
Since we do not offer standard returns for this zone (except in the case of defective products or an error on our part, as set out in the returns policy), it is important to carefully check your address, our size guide and any potential import duties before confirming your order.

2.2. Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds Policy for Zone 2 (United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Japan and Australia.
For this zone, we need to be more strict in order to protect the project and to reduce the environmental and economic impact of international shipping.
This policy applies to orders shipped to the following selected international destinations: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Japan and Australia.
- At this initial stage, we do not accept standard returns for reasons of size, colour or change of mind on orders shipped outside the European Union.
- All orders to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Japan and Australia are considered final sale, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
Please make sure to carefully check our size guide, product photos and product description before ordering from these destinations.
If something arrives in the wrong condition, we will of course take responsibility:
- If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including photos and a clear description of the issue.
- We will review the case and, if the defect or error is confirmed, we will propose the mos reasonable solution, which may include:
- Replacement of the product (if stock is available).
- Partial or full refund.
- Another alternative that makes sense for the situation.
In these cases:
- We will internally assess the most logical way to handle the item, including whether it makes sense to ask you to send it back, taking into account the environmental and economic cost of international shipping.
- If we need you to return the product, we will clearly explain the procedure and who will cover the shipping cost, depending on the specific case.
When, as an exception (defect or our error), we proceed with a refund:
- The refund will generally cover the amount of the affected product.
- Original shipping costs, as well as any duties, customs charges or import taxes you may have paid in your country, are not refundable, unless the law requires otherwise in a specific case or Amunt decides to cover them on an exceptional basis.
Once a solution has been agreed (full or partial refund) and, where applicable, the item has been received and checked, we will process the refund within approximately 1 to 2 business days.
The final time for the amount to appear in your account will also depend on your bank, payment provider or card issuer.
If a reasonable amount of time has passed since we confirmed the refund and you still cannot see it, you can write to us so we can check the status.
